📬 Cold Email Coach

Paste a cold email. You get an instant deliverability and reply score with the spam words highlighted in place, then an AI rewrite and three better subject lines. Free, no signup.

The score below is instant and runs entirely in your browser. Only the rewrite button sends your draft to the AI service. Your draft is kept in this browser's own storage so you do not lose it if you close the tab, and the Clear button erases it.
This checks wording and reply likelihood, not legal compliance. Commercial email in the US needs a working opt-out and a postal address, and EU recipients need a lawful basis. Check yours before you send.
Scoring
This scores the wording only. Whether you actually land in the inbox also depends on your domain reputation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and how much you send, none of which this page can see.

Why cold emails get ignored

Almost every cold email that fails does so for one of two reasons. Either it never reached the inbox, or it reached the inbox and read like the last forty pitches that person deleted. This page checks both halves. The deliverability half looks at the things filters actually score: trigger words, shouting capitals, exclamation marks, a stack of links, images pasted into a first contact, and a subject line that pretends to be a reply. The reply half looks at the things a human reacts to in two seconds: how long it is, how hard it is to read, whether it talks about you or about them, and whether there is one clear thing to say yes to.

The merge field trap

The fastest way to burn a prospect is to send them a literal token. A leftover first name placeholder, an empty greeting, or a bracketed company name tells the reader they are one row in a spreadsheet, and no rewrite saves that email. The checker treats any unreplaced merge field as a critical error and marks it in the text so you can see exactly where the mail merge failed before you send another two hundred copies.

What good looks like

Roughly 50 to 125 words. A subject under 50 characters that says something plainly instead of teasing. A reading level a distracted person can skim. More sentences about them than about you. One ask, and an ask that is cheap to say yes to, because "worth a reply?" gets answered far more often than "can you give me thirty minutes on Thursday?". Nothing here is a secret, it is just hard to see in your own draft, which is what the score is for.

Private by default

The score, the highlighting, the diff and the PDF are all built in your browser. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored on a server. The one exception is the rewrite button, which sends the draft you typed to the free AI service so it can write the new version, so treat it the way you would treat any AI tool and leave genuinely confidential details out. Your subject, body, prospect notes and offer are also kept in this browser's own storage so a closed tab does not cost you the draft. That copy never leaves your machine, but it does stay on the machine, so on a shared or office computer press Clear when you are finished and it is erased.
