Build a clean, professional signature and copy it straight into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. Free, no signup, and no tracking pixel hidden inside it.
Gmail: Settings (gear) → See all settings → Signature → Create new → click in the box → paste.
Outlook (new): Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → paste into the signature box.
Apple Mail: Settings → Signatures → pick the account → paste, and untick “Always match my default message font”.
A signature is just a small block of HTML — but it has to survive Gmail, Outlook's Word rendering engine, Apple Mail and a dozen mobile clients that each strip something different. Paid generators charge monthly for that compatibility work, and many quietly embed a tracking pixel that reports when your recipient opens the message. This one builds the same table-based, web-safe-font HTML for free, and adds nothing you did not type.
Keep it to four or five lines. Name and title first, then one or two ways to reach you — not every channel you own. A single accent colour tied to your brand does more than several. Skip the inspirational quote and the large logo; on a phone, both just push the actual message off the screen. If you want one action from the reader, make it a single clear link rather than a row of social icons.
Most email clients block images by default until the reader allows them, so never put essential information inside a picture. A hosted URL (your website's logo file, for instance) is the most reliable option; an uploaded image gets embedded directly, which works when pasting into Gmail but can be stripped by stricter clients. Your signature should still read perfectly with every image turned off.
