The part of a meeting tool that actually saves time

Recording and transcribing a call is the easy half β€” and Castwright already does that free. The half that takes real effort afterwards is reading back an hour of text and pulling out what was decided, who agreed to do what, and what still needs an answer. That is what note-taking subscriptions charge monthly for, and it is what this page does in one pass.

        What you get back

A short summary a busy person will actually read, the decisions stated plainly, action items with an owner and a deadline where one was mentioned, the questions nobody answered, and a follow-up email you can paste into your mail client and send. On a client call, that last one matters most: sending a written recap the same day is the cheapest way to prevent a scope argument later.

        Getting a good result

Include speaker labels if your transcript has them β€” "Sarah:" and "Haseeb:" β€” because that is how owners get attached to the right action items. Raw, unpunctuated transcripts work too, just less precisely. Very long meetings are summarised in sections and stitched together, so a two-hour call is fine.
