Holiday dates are worked out from the real rules, including Easter and the nth weekday rules, rather than looked up from a fixed table, so any year from 1978 onwards comes out right. Holiday law does change, so check a date before you print a hundred copies.

Most "printable calendar" results are a fixed PDF someone made for one particular year, with one week start and one country's holidays baked in. If you need 2029, or a Monday start, or an academic year that runs August to July, none of them fit and you end up paying for a template pack or a design subscription. Month per page is the classic wall calendar: one big grid per sheet, with room to write in each day. Year on one page puts every month on a single sheet for a desk or a noticeboard. Weekly planner gives one sheet per week with ruled space for each day plus a notes block. Photo calendar is the month per page layout with your own picture above each grid, which is the version people normally pay for.
Holidays are calculated from the rules, not copied from a table, so a calendar for 2031 comes out as right as one for this year. That covers the Easter chain, the nth weekday rules such as the fourth Thursday in November, and the substitute weekday when a fixed date lands on a weekend. Eight countries are supported: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany and France. The rules used are the ones in force today, which covers any year from 1978 onwards. Earlier years ran on different rules that are not modelled here, so for a historic year pick "No holidays" and add the dates yourself.
Holidays that are not fixed by a rule are deliberately left out rather than guessed. Eid, Diwali, Chinese New Year, the Jewish holidays, Matariki in New Zealand and the regional or state days in most countries are set year by year or by local sighting, so no rule can produce them correctly. If you need one of those, add it yourself in the "your own dates" box and it will print with the rest. Always sanity check a date before you print a hundred copies.
Print at 100 percent scale, not "fit to page", and the margins will land where they were designed to. The pages are laid out in millimetres for true A4 or US Letter, and all the text is vector, so it stays sharp at any size a printer can manage.
