1. You and your clientEverything here is typed once and reused across all three files. The PDF font covers Latin letters and accents only, so a name written in Arabic, Urdu, Chinese or Cyrillic will not print.

Your logo is read in this browser and drawn straight into the PDF. It is never uploaded. Transparent areas are flattened onto white, and SVG files are not supported.
5. The wordingLeave these empty and default paragraphs are used. Those defaults promise your client a progress update in the first week and a written recap on the day of the kickoff, so press "Fill in the default wording" and read them before you send anything.

Client onboarding platforms bundle a welcome packet behind a monthly subscription. The packet itself is a document: a warm opening, a clear "what happens next", the terms of contact in writing, and a checklist of what you need before you can start. This page builds that document, brands it with your colour and logo, and adds the two things people usually forget, a calendar file for the kickoff and the email that carries it all.
